Our system is accessible exclusively through an SSL-encrypted connection and is designed with full compliance with GDPR guidelines. Access to data is strictly controlled, ensuring that users can only view information that is either anonymized or inherently available to them by nature.
Users have full control over which parts of their submitted data are visible to others, actively managing access permissions themselves.

The dispatcher platform provides a clear and effortless overview of all routes.
On the dispatcher interface, all key parameters of each route are visible and manageable in one place.

Route Selection
Vehicle assignment to routes can be done in two ways.
By preloading and configuring vehicle route rotations in advance
By assigning the bus to the route after the driver starts the vehicle

Statistics Module
Our complex statistical module offers a simple graphical interface.
The system organizes and analyzes existing data in a wide variety of ways.
The results of these analyses can be displayed in graphical form — across complex time periods or even at specific timestamps.
Naturally, all data can be exported in XLS or CSV format.

Passenger Interface
Our Informative Interface and App for Passengers
Our application is designed to keep passengers well-informed about their scheduled trips.
It provides real-time updates during the journey, including the bus’s current location, estimated arrival time, and guidance to the correct bus stop — ensuring clarity even for first-time users.
In case of any changes to the assigned bus on a route, passengers receive immediate notifications.
Driver Interface
Supporting Drivers Is Just as Important as Supporting Passengers
Based on the challenges we’ve identified, we developed the driver app to provide practical solutions.
Through a clear and user-friendly interface, drivers can view passengers’ travel authorizations and receive navigation assistance between stops — making it easier to handle newly added stops as well.
The app notifies the driver of the scheduled departure time, guides new drivers along the assigned route, and enables direct communication with dispatchers to report technical issues.


Passenger Identification
One of the Core Components of Our System: Passenger Identification Add-On
Our system includes a passenger identification extension based on a 13.56 MHz MIFARE RFID reader, fully integrated with our telematics platform.
This device enables the identification of passengers, including the exact time and location of boarding, as well as verification of travel authorization.
We are capable of adapting and developing compatibility with any employer-issued card. However, it’s important to note that not all card types may be supported simultaneously.
